The management of Nigerian Breweries Plc has officially announced that the Gulder Ultimate Search reality TV show, 2021 edition with the theme“The Age of Craftsmanship” will resume this year ending.
Gulder Ultimate Search (also called GUS) is a Nigerian reality television series, created and sponsored by Nigerian Breweries Plc to promote the Gulder Lager Beer.
The Gulder Ultimate Search series was the first one hundred per cent local content reality television programme in Nigeria and it is a survival-type reality programme that highlights the struggle of Contestants against themselves and the wild i.e. nature.
The first season premiered in 2004. The show was very popular then as it was one of the most-watched reality TV series in Nigeria before it was stopped back then in 2014.
The Corporate Affairs Director of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Mrs Sade Morgan, said the show was initially stopped due to cost.
The host for this years edition of the Gulder Ultimate Search is Toke Makinwa.
How to register for Gulder ultimate search 12th Edition
The registration for the Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 Audition is presently on and will close on September 8th, 2021.
The registration form is presently available on the Gulder ultimate search website www. gulderultimatesearch. ng
To Apply for Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 Audition Simply follow the instructions below to register
Step 1: Visit the official Gulder Ultimate search portal www.gulderultimatesearch.ng
Step 2: On the Gulder ultimate search 2021 registration portal, type in your year of birth and click on the “Enter” button. You will be redirected to the registration home page
. Step 3: Register using your email address and password
Step 4: Visit your email inbox to confirm your email
Step 5: Log in to your Gulder Ultimate Search dashboard.
Step 6: Type in your personal details
Step 7: Upload a current passport
Step 8: Answer a few questions in the question section.
Step 9: Click on the “submit application” button. You are done.
Within 24 hours of submission of your application, a mail will be sent to the email address you provided which would contain the terms and conditions, a referee form, and further instructions for the Gulder Ultimate Search. The referee form is to be filled by parents of the applicants and a well-known member of the society.
Applicants should not register more than once as this would lead to automatic disqualification
Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 Registration Requirements
- Nigerians between 21 to 35 years
- Your bio-data.
- Aptitude test.
- A recent half-frame picture of yourself taken against a plain black background.
- A one minute, full-frame video of yourself stating why you should participate in this year’s Gulder Ultimate search. Remember to show your fitness level Video which should not be more than 20MB
- You must be healthy enough, must not have any symptoms of heart-related disease or history of asthma
- The contestant must not be a physically challenged person.
What happens after the application?
After the application Shortlisted applicants will undergo a regional selection process in Abuja, Enugu, and Lagos.
The first screening session will start on September 13 in Abuja and Enugu.
The second screening session will start on September 16 in Lagos.
When will Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 start?
The TV premiere of ‘Gulder Ultimate Search: The Age of Craftsmanship’ is set for October 16, and will run till December 19,2021 when the grand finale will hold.

Traditionally the show involves contestants who will be camped in different parts of the country to thrive in the wild in their pursuit for a hidden treasure that brings to the last person standing instant fame and fortune.
Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 Winner Price Amount
The grand prize is always attractive and includes a significant amount of money and a brand new car.
The Gulder Ultimate Search Winner Prize Amount for the 2021 edition is 50 million naira and a brand new SUV.
The previous prize rose from N3 million from the first edition to N10 million and a brand new SUV in the last edition.
