Gulder Ultimate Search which is sometimes referred to as GUS is a Nigerian survival reality TV show organized and funded by Nigerian Breweries Plc, producers of the Gulder brand of beer among others.
The Gulder ultimate search 2021 contestants that will be competing for the ₦50 million prizes have been unveiled.The survival reality TV will commence on October 16th 2021 after a seven-year break.

Toke Makinwa is the host of the Gulder ultimate search 2021 survival TV show, while the popular actor and an alumnus of the show, Kunle Remi, will be the Taskmaster for this year’s edition of the competition.Gulder Ultimate Search death
Hector Joberteh, the winner of the 2006 edition of Gulder Ultimate Search, has been shot dead in his house by unknown gunmen. Close friends of the ex-reality show star reportedly said he was trailed from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, where he had gone to pick up a relative.
Anthony Ogadje Mudiaga a 25-year-old contestant of the GUS season 6 show and a graduate of Delta State University Abraka, Delta State (DELSU), drowned in Jos while preparing for the show.
Why was the Gulder ultimate search stopped?
The Managing Director of Gulder Breweries explained that the Gulder Ultimate Search show was suspended because of the huge sum of money the company is spending in organizing the show. Other reasons for the suspension are; corruption by the top organizing officials and the ravaging BokoHaram terrorism.
Gulder ultimate search 2021 prize money
This years prize money will be more attractive than that the prize of the previous GUS seasons.
The lucky winner of this GUS 2021 edition is expected to go home with a cash prize of N50 million and a brand-new SUV. The organizers also announced that in this edition of the show, other contestants of the show will also go home with a cash prize of 20 million Naira, apart from other gifts.new Ford Explorer.
